Pro Points Rewards Program

Earning Points: 

 For every $100 spent, customers earn 1 Pro Point. Points are automatically credited to the customer's account after each qualifying purchase. 

Redeeming Points: 

Each Pro Point is equivalent to $1 in store credit. Customers can redeem their accumulated points at any time during checkout. Points can be used partially or in full toward future purchases. 

Membership and Tracking: 

Customers can enroll in the rewards program either through online registration or in-store sign-up. The system tracks earned and redeemed points, displaying the balance in their account. 

Bonus Points and Special Offers: 

Periodic promotions or events may offer opportunities to earn bonus points. Special occasions or holidays could include double points for purchases. 

Communication and Updates:

Regular communication through email or app notifications to inform customers about their points balance, special offers, and upcoming promotions.
